Vandalia

A mixed use building that was completely remodeled while retaining the charm of the historic building. The lower level of the building has a large open commercial space with high ceilings and large front windows with a lot of light.  Another commercial space is located at the back of the building. Upstairs is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with exposed brick walls, gorgeous arched windows, and an open concept living area that overlooks the main downtown intersection.  All new mechanical systems and utilities were installed as well as new windows.  New replica cornice brackets were installed on the building eaves and the last remaining chimney was rebuilt.  We worked with Henderson Associates on this project.
