New law firm office with approximately 5,000 square feet of private and open workstations. The law firm wanted a cutting edge layout that was reminiscent of a classic brick Chicago neighborhood office. We pushed the envelope with exposed wood structure, concrete floors, and lots of natural daylight. The building sits on a repurposed urban lot and maximizes the available space. Much of the furniture and custom work was also designed and built in our shop. We worked with Hurford Architects on this project.
