The Leverette condos, located near downtown Edwardsville, are a new development that was built on an infill lot. This new construction consists of an exposed structure, tongue and groove wood ceilings, and polished concrete floors. There are 3 units that have open layouts, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. All units include a private patios and garages. We worked with Nickas Architecture to bring these secluded condos to life!
