What do you like most about the office environment?

What I love most about our office environment is the openness and strong family dynamic we share. It’s a place where collaboration feels natural, and there’s always someone nearby ready to answer questions or lend a hand when needed. That supportive atmosphere makes coming to work enjoyable and helps everyone feel valued and connected.

What is your favorite part about working in construction?

My favorite part of working in construction has been learning firsthand how many different professions come together to complete a project. From architects and engineers to tradespeople and project managers, it’s impressive to see how each role plays a critical part in turning ideas into reality. That teamwork and diversity of expertise is what really makes construction so fascinating.

What has been your favorite project?

One project that made a lasting impression on me was the Station on Main. What stood out most was my introduction to the concept of a “topping out ceremony.” It was a new experience, and being part of such a meaningful milestone felt really special. The ceremony not only celebrated the progress but also brought the team together in a memorable way.

What do you do in your spare time?

In my spare moments, I love spending time with my daughter, my future son-in-law, and my beloved grandkids. Family means everything to me, and those moments together are what I cherish most. Whether we’re sharing meals, celebrating milestones, or just hanging out, they bring so much joy and balance to my life.
