What do you like most about the office environment?

It honestly doesn’t feel like “work” most days. The atmosphere is so positive and welcoming—everyone laughs together, supports each other through life’s ups and downs, and over time, we become more like family than coworkers. You’re not just another name on the payroll—you’re recognized, appreciated, and encouraged. That kind of environment makes all the difference in how you show up each day.

What is your favorite part of working in construction?

What excites me the most about construction is how it’s always evolving. No two days are the same, and there’s always something new to learn or experience. Watching a project come to life from the ground up is incredible, and knowing the role we play in bringing it all together makes it that much more rewarding. Seeing the final results of our hard work is both motivating and fulfilling.

What has been your favorite project and why?

The Pfarm will always be special to me because it’s my very first project in construction. Watching it develop from an idea into something tangible has been such a cool and eye-opening experience. I’ve learned a lot and can’t wait to be part of more builds that shape and strengthen our community.

What do you do in your spare time?

Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and our two daughters. We’re always on the go—whether we’re heading out on a little adventure, reading together, or just soaking up the outdoors. Family time is everything to me, and we make the most of every moment.
