What is your favorite part about working in construction?

Although I don’t work directly in the field, I’ve gained a unique and valuable perspective from working in the office and managing invoices. It’s fascinating to see how the numbers on paper reflect the real-time progress happening on our job sites. Each invoice tells part of the story—whether its new materials being delivered, subcontractors completing work, or milestones being met. It gives me a behind-the-scenes view of how everything comes together.

What has been your favorite project?

My favorite project so far has definitely been the Urban Collective. Watching the transformation of an older building into a gorgeous event venue—with stylish boutique hotel rooms above—was truly inspiring. It’s a great example of how thoughtful design and construction can breathe new life into a space.

What do you like most about the office environment?

Our office truly feels like one big family. I feel lucky to work alongside such a supportive and fun group of people—many of whom have become some of my closest friends.

What do you do in your spare time?

In my spare time, I love being with my husband, our family, and our sweet dog, Chloe. Whether we’re relaxing at home or heading out on an adventure, I cherish the time we spend together. I also enjoy reading, cooking, and baking—especially trying new recipes and getting creative in the kitchen. On weekends, we often take walks or find new hiking spots, go camping when we can, and spend time on the water during warmer months. I find so much joy in being outdoors, staying active, and creating memories with the people (and pup) I love most.
