What is your favorite part of working in construction?

What I enjoy most about working in construction is being part of a project from start to finish. There’s something really rewarding about watching everything come together—from the initial planning stages to the final touches. Seeing the physical progress and knowing that our work made it happen is a great feeling. Every phase of the project brings new challenges, and being able to experience the full process makes the work meaningful and exciting.

What has been your favorite project and why?

I don’t have a single favorite project, because I’m always looking forward to what’s next. Each job brings its own unique challenges and opportunities to learn and grow. Whether it’s navigating something new or improving on what I’ve done before, I enjoy the variety and the constant push to keep getting better. That mindset helps keep things fresh and motivates me to take on whatever comes my way.

What do you do in your spare time?

In my spare time, I love spending quality time with my family and our dog. We’re always up for exploring new places, spending time outdoors, or just relaxing together at home. Whether we’re out on an adventure or hanging out in the backyard, I value every moment we get to enjoy as a family. That time helps me stay grounded and recharged, especially after a busy workweek.
