How long have you been in construction?

Since Matt and I’s first date! It’s been part of my life from the very beginning of our journey together. Over the years, I’ve grown into the industry alongside him, learning so much and becoming deeply involved in both the day-to-day operations and the big-picture vision of what we build.

What is your favorite part about working in construction?

What I love most is the collaboration. There’s something incredibly fulfilling about working closely with my family, our extended team, and the clients we serve. I especially have a passion for revitalizing older buildings—breathing new life into spaces that have history, character, and untapped potential. Watching a building transform from neglected to vibrant is powerful. Every step, from the first walk-through to final finishes, plays a role in that story, and being involved in any part of it feels like an accomplishment.

What has been your favorite project?

Two projects come to mind immediately: The Ink House and Urban Collective. These spaces are close to my heart because they capture what I love about construction—transforming what once was into something brand new. Each brought unique challenges and opportunities, and the end results reflect the creativity and care our team puts into every project.

What do you do in your spare time?

Spare time mostly belongs to Frank and Otis, our two energetic German Shorthaired Pointers. I spend a lot of time playing fetch and keeping them entertained. When I’m not chasing tennis balls, I’m soaking up time with my family—whether we’re out and about or just enjoying the quiet moments together.
