What is your favorite part about working in the office?
Getting to know everyone and seeing just how thoughtful and caring the team is has been such a refreshing experience. From day one, I’ve felt welcomed and supported. It’s not just a workplace—it feels like a community where people genuinely look out for one another. I love being part of an office environment that’s so positive and encouraging.

What is your favorite part about working in construction?
What I love most about working in construction is watching a project come to life from start to finish. There’s something really rewarding about seeing all the planning, effort, and teamwork come together to build something that someone will one day call home. Knowing that your company helped create that space for a person or a family is incredibly special.

What do you do in your spare time?
Right now, my spare time is mostly filled with my 10-month-old baby girl—she’s my whole world, and I love every minute of it. Life definitely revolves around her these days, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. When I do get a little time to myself, I enjoy hanging out with friends or family, just relaxing and making memories. I also try to stay active by going for walks or hitting the gym when I can. Whether it’s mom time, friend time, or me time, I try to soak it all in and stay present.
