What is your favorite part about working in construction?

Although I don’t work directly in the field, I enjoy the unique perspective I gain from handling the invoices in the office. It’s fascinating to see the correlation between the bills and the tangible progress on our projects. I also love the diversity of our projects, particularly the restoration and repurposing of historical buildings. There’s a sense of pride in preserving the past through revitalization for future generations.

What has been your favorite project?

My favorite project so far has been the Urban Collective. It’s amazing how they transformed an older building into a stunning event venue, complete with boutique hotels above.

What do you like most about the office environment?

We truly are one big family here. My coworkers have become some of my closest friends!

What do you do in your spare time?

During my free time, you can find me enjoying quality time with my family and our dog, Chloe. I love reading and experimenting in the kitchen with cooking and baking. I’m all in when it comes to outdoor activities- whether it’s taking walks, hiking, camping, or enjoying time on the water.
