How long have you been in construction?

I started my construction journey directly after graduating from SIUE’s School of Engineeing in 2013. I’ve dedicated the past decades to enhancing my capabilities and making meaningful contributions to the industry.

What is your favorite part about working in construction?

Undoubtedly, the most exciting aspect of my work in construction is the journey of transforming a project from its conceptual phase to its completion. I also value the amazing relationships I cultivate with our clients and dedicated subcontractors. At the end of the day, what I truly enjoy about the construction industry is its perpetual evolution. The continuous learning and personal growth that comes with this career is incredibly fulfilling.

What has been your favorite project?

Choosing a favorite project is so hard! Each one holds its own significance and memories. However, I must admit I most enjoy projects that are in my hometown of Edwardsville. I was born and raised here, so contributing to the development of establishments that my family and I frequent is incredibly rewarding. These projects become a part of our community and playing a part in building that means the world to me.

What do you do in your spare time?

In my spare moments, I’m all about quality time with friends and family, maybe casting a line into the water, or on a hunting trip. Golf and hockey are also my go-to pastimes when I’m looking for a bit of friendly competition and a chance to unwind.
